6 or 8 potatoes
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. diced celery
1 lb. pork sausage

Slice potatoes. Boil with onions and celery until tender. Brown sausage and drain. Place potatoes, onions and celery and sausage in casserole dish. Pour liquid from potatoes over mixture. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
