SAUSAGE & POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1/2 onion, chopped
3 c. raw sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown and drain sausage; mix soup, milk, salt and pepper, onions; layer potatoes; soup mixture and sausage repeat layers again. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
