VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 stick butter
2 (15 oz.) cans Veg-All
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. onion or onion salt (optional)

Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Pour half into bottom of casserole dish. Heat Veg-All and onion in skillet until boiling. Spread Veg-All over stuffing, sprinkle with cheese and add remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
