1 pkg. OreIda potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Melt 1 stick butter in cake pan. Mix together in separate bowl: frozen potatoes, cream of celery and potato soup and the sour cream. Pour over butter, salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
