3 slices bacon
1 pkg. (1 1/2 lb.) O'Brien frozen potatoes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Salt & pepper

Fry bacon in 8 x 11 inch pan. Add frozen potatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Cook covered. Mix soups and sour cream in bowl and pour over potato mixture. Bake one hour at 325 degrees.
