POTATOES O'BRIEN 
2 bags frozen hash browns O'Brien
1 cube butter (cut into sm. pieces)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered.
