CHILI CON QUESO 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 oz. green chilies, diced
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained & chopped
1 tbsp. dried minced onion

Heat in microwave or double boiler. Stir to blend. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
