PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. pinto bean pulp or 1 can
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves or spice of your choice
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Use prepared beans in processor until smooth. Beat eggs well, add sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add spices, milk, vanilla and bean pulp. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Good.
