PINTO BEAN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, cooked and mashed
2 sticks or 1 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
2 pie shells

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake approximately 45 minutes. Cool before cutting.
