PINTO BEAN PIE 
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter
1 heaping c. cooked, mashed pinto beans
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Blend sugars, eggs, and butter until creamy. Add beans; blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Can be served with whipped topping or ice cream.
