CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 chicken, boil and take all meat off bone
2 pkgs. sm. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. raw rice, cook as directed

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. curry power

Grease 9x13 pan. Spread broccoli evenly over bottom. Spread rice over top of broccoli, then chicken over rice.

Mix sauce and pour over chicken. Poke holes with spoon so sauce goes down to bottom. Bake 350 degrees about 45 minutes to 1 hour until lightly browned on top.
