BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bunch broccoli
6 oz. cheddar cheese (med.)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli in boiling water 15 minutes or until crisp tender; drain. Chop coarsely and set aside.

Place cheese in top of double boiler; cook over boiling water stirring until cheese melts. Add mushroom soup, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Place chopped broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour cheese soup mixture over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs and butter; mix well and sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
