1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. water 6 c. (6 to 8 medium) apples, peaches, or pears, peeled and sliced Combine ingredients, except fruit. Add fruit slices, tossing to coat. Spoon into 8 inch square glass baking dish. Top with oat mixture. OAT TOPPING: 1 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Combine oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle on cake.
