SUPER SAUCE FOR SALMON - SEAFOOD
(Flounder)
 
1 cube butter (must be butter)
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 doz. caper buds
1 sprig chopped fine parsley

Heat butter on high heat until starts to turn brown; add capers and parsley. These will disappear in butter; add lemon juice and vinegar. Spoon over hot cooked salmon.
