BAKED FLOUNDER WITH SHRIMP SAUCE 
1 lb. fillet of flounder
1 can cream of shrimp soup

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Spoon soup over fish in lightly greased baking dish. Bake fish 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Then top with crumb mixture and bake additional 10 minutes. Made without crumb mixture, bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. If desired, add more shrimp to soup.
