SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. minced onion 3 slices bread, cubed (dry) 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 lb. ground beef (and pork if desired) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and milk. Stir in onion, bread and seasonings. Add meat(s) and mix well. Place in shallow pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce. Use 2 cans cream of mushroom soup - do not dilute. |
