SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and form into meatballs. Brown meatballs in 1/4 cup oil. Remove meatballs. Add to oil: 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add 2 cups boiling water and 1/2 cup milk and desired amount of gravy master. Add meat and simmer about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

For more gravy and mushroom taste, add 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
