PURPLE COW 
1 (8 oz.) box black raspberry or blackberry jello
1/2 pt. whipped cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can blueberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. broken pecans

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Drain fruit for 1 cup cold liquid; add water if needed. Add to jello. Add drained fruit when jello has become slightly thickened. Gently fold in whipped cream and nuts.
