MONGOLIAN STEW 
1 lb. chopped beef
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 gal. beef broth
1/2 c. chopped onions
Pinch of parsley
2 tbsp. Tabasco
Dash of seasoning salt
1/2 lb. pinto beans
1 1/2 c. flour
3 chopped potatoes
3 tbsp. salt

Combine ingredients and cook in pressure cooker for 2 hours on medium heat.
