QUICK PEACH TURNOVER 
2 cans biscuits (10 each)
2 (12 oz.) cans peaches (sliced)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
Cinnamon

Roll biscuits out flat and thin. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches with brown sugar and white sugar. Mix well with fork, and mash peaches into small chunks. Pour peach filling onto biscuit, leaving room on sides for sealing. Top with second biscuit and fold bottom over top and mash together with fork. Do this all the way around sealing each turnover. Place them on large buttered cookie sheet. Brush tops with melted butter, then sprinkle sugar - cinnamon on top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. You can also use blackberries, blueberries or cherry pie fillings but using NO sugar!
