4 or 5 med. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 dozen marshmallows
2 c. corn flakes

Boil potatoes. Mash and add butter. Let cool. Form into balls, placing marshmallows in center. Roll in corn flakes to bake in oven. Can use coconut instead of corn flakes.
