SWEET POTATO PUFFS 
6 lg. sweet potatoes
3 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
Large marshmallows
Crushed cornflakes

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. milnot
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Mix with eggs and salt. Form into balls around marshmallows and roll into cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Overbaking will melt marshmallows away. Combine topping ingredients in saucepan. Cook until thickened and pour over baked sweet potatoes.
