SWEET POTATO PUFFS 
2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 30 minutes; drain and mash potatoes until no lumps remain. Mix 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and butter.

Mix flour, shortening and water to make dough. Roll dough, cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place a spoonful of potato mix into dough.
