1 1/2 to 2 qt. fresh cut corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 onion, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. Cheese Whiz
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all the above ingredients together except grated cheese. Pour into 3 or 4 qt. casserole dish.

Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. Stir once after 10-15 minutes. When all ingredients are done, remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top. May be cooked in microwave oven.
