MEXICAN CORN BREAD CASSEROLE | |
1 1/4 c. corn meal 1 med. onion, chopped 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. milk 2 lg. chopped jalapenos (canned) 1/4 lb. cheese, grated 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1 can cream style corn 1 lb. ground beef Mix all ingredients, except ground beef; set aside. Saute beef and drain on paper towel. Mix with other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. |
