PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 c. marshmallows
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dried sage

Drain pineapple. Combine juice with sugar, flour and egg. Cook in small pan until slightly thickened.
