TRACIE'S PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz. ea.) cans chunked pineapple, drained
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup sharp shredded cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Drain juice out of cans, I like to put the juice in a cup and drink it. Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl add cans of pineapple (drained) to dish, add sugar and flour. Mix well till all pineapples are covered in flour. Pour mixture into the casserole dish.

In another large bowl, add crushed Ritz crackers and sharp shredded cheese. Mix ingredients. Evenly pour over the pineapple mixture. Melt butter and pour on top of the cheese and Ritz mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
