BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
5 slices white bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar and add eggs and beat very well. Add bread cubes and pineapple. Put in well greased casserole dish and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
