BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
2 (12 oz.) cartons lg. curd cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat slowly, drain off fat. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer uncovered until thick, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling salted water; drain and rinse in cold water. Mix together cottage cheese, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and Parmesan cheese.

Place 1/2 of noodles in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat layers. Trim with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
