BAKED LASAGNA 
1 pkg. Lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground round
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 lg. container cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Seasonings, (onion powder, oregano & garlic powder to taste)

In skillet brown ground round, and add the spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Sauce may need to be diluted a little. In large bowl, break the 4 eggs and beat well. Add salt and pepper and the cottage cheese and mix well. In large pan boil approximately 3/4 package of noodles to which about 1 tablespoon of olive oil has been added. When cooked, drain, use tongs when handling.

Grease a 9 x 13 inch dish and put in as follows: meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese. Dish usually takes about three layers. Reserve 1/2 cup meat sauce to spread on top and then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in 350 to 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serves 5.
