BAKED LASAGNE | |
1 pkg. lasagne noodles 2 lb. ground beef 1 (3 lb.) jar thick spaghetti sauce 2 c. ricotta cheese 1 c. mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. Romano cheese 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. sweet basil 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. sugar 1. Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Mix together with spaghetti sauce. Set aside. 2. Grate all cheeses except Ricotta. Combine all cheeses. Add the sugar, garlic powder, oregano and sweet basil. 3. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. In a large baking pan layer the 3 items, start with a thin coating of meat sauce on the bottom of the pan; then layer noodles, meat sauce, cheeses. Continue to alternate layers in this order until pan is full 1/2 inch from the top. Coat the top with a thin layer of sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. |
