BAKED LASAGNA 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
4 tsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. parsley
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/3 c. water
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
2 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

In country kettle brown beef and cook garlic, oregano, thyme, and parsley. Add tomato paste, sauce, and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir now and then.

In shallow dish arrange 3 alternate layers of cooked noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce, and Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
