BAKED LASAGNA 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
10 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese, or can be grated

Brown meat; drain. Add next 6 ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.

Cook noodles until tender, rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese.

Place 1/2 noodles in 9 x 13 inch pan; add 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, then 1/2 of meat mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle grated cheese on top or use triangles of Mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
