MOM'S HOMEMADE NOODLES 
6 egg yolks
6 tbsp. water
Approx. 3 c. flour
Dash salt (about 1/2 tsp.)

Beat yolks and water together. Make well in the flour, pour in egg mixture. Beat with fork then knead with hands until elastic. Form into 4 balls.

Roll out on floured board or counter into 4 large thin circles. Dry (1-2 hours). Lightly flour, roll lengthwise and slice thin with sharp knife. Can freeze until needed.
