LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. poppy seed 8 oz. sour cream 4 eggs GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon extract Mix ingredients except eggs. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Grease bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and invert on plate. Combine glaze mix and drizzle on cake. Yield: 1 cake. |
