LEMON - POPPY SEED COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) lemon instant pudding & pie filling (dry)
Glaze (below)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix all ingredients bake until golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.

GLAZE:

2/3 c. powdered sugar
3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice

Mix until smooth.
