LEMON COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream (or more)
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Place 1/2 of batter in oiled and floured 9"x13" pan. Spread 1 can lemon pie filling over batter. Add remaining batter by spoonfuls to cover filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Frost while lukewarm with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 - 3 c. powdered sugar

Beat together until smooth.
