ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Saute onion in butter over low heat until golden. In a large bowl beat eggs slightly; add milk and stuffing. Let stand 5 minutes. Add beef, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and onions and mix lightly but thoroughly.

In a shallow baking dish, shape the meat into a loaf. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 minutes May also be baked in loaf pan.
