CARAMEL OATMEAL BARS 
32 Kraft light caramels
5 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Melt caramels and milk in double boiler. Mix together oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, salt and butter. Put 1/2 of crumbs in 7 x 11 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle chips and nuts on top. Spread with caramel mixture and top with reserved crumbs. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until brown at 350 degrees. Use greased pan.
