HAM-MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. lg. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise or cream salad dressing
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Set side. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and salt well. Stir in ham, cheese, macaroni, celery, and onion until well coated. Cover and chill.
