EASY RIBS (Chinese Flavor) 
3 or 4 lbs. pork spareribs
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sm. piece ginger, peeled and minced

Place ribs in large pot; add enough water to cover. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 30-45 minutes, then drain.

Combine soy sauce, catsup, brown sugar, honey, garlic and ginger in large glass dish. Marinate ribs in mixture at least 20 minutes or overnight.

Broil or grill ribs over medium coals until nicely browned, basting occasionally. Serves 6.
