CHINESE STYLE SPARE RIBS 
2 c. boiling water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. red food coloring
4 tbsp. honey
6 tbsp. soy sauce
3 or 4 lbs. spareribs

Place spareribs in pan and pour mixture over it. Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning meat a few times. Place on rack in pan and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
