B.B.Q. COUNTRY STYLE SPARE RIBS 
3 or 4 ribs per person
Your favorite B.B.Q. Sauce

Trim excess fat from country style ribs. Place ribs in large pot of warm water (from faucet). Bring water and ribs to a boil. Cook ribs until tender (until a fork inserts easily, could take from one to two hours, check often). Drain ribs and place in large container with B.B.Q. sauce in bottom of dish, then coat top and sides with additional sauce, marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Remove ribs from refrigerator about one hour before cooking. Heat.B.Q. grill to medium heat. Place ribs on grill, turn as often as needed to brown on both sides and heat clear through (approximately 20 to 30 minutes). Remove from grill and place in a warm dish. Keep ribs covered and warm until served.
