FLUFFY PUDDING FROSTING 
1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. Jello instant pudding, any flavor, 4 serving size
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar, optional
3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip

Pour milk into bowl. Add pudding and sugar. Beat until blended, 1-2 minutes. Fold in topping. Spread on cake at once. Note: Store cake in refrigerator.
