4 egg whites
2 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
Dash vanilla
2 lbs. confectioners sugar

NOTE: 1 lb. confectioners sugar = 3 1/2 cups

Beat egg whites and Crisco. Add flour, salt, vanilla, and confectioners sugar. Yields frosting for 2 (9x13) cakes.
