SPRING PEA SALAD | |
Salad: 10 oz. frozen peas, rinsed and drained 1 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped cauliflower 1/4 c. diced onion 2 tbsp. chopped pimento 1/4 c. bacon bits 1 c. chopped cashews 1/2 c. sour cream Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon bits with sour cream. Dressing: 1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 small garlic clove, minced Mix dressing, mustard and garlic together. Pour over salad. Toss gently. Chill. |
