CHOCOLATE-CARAMEL FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Oven at 350 degrees. Melt caramels with 1/2 cup of evaporated milk in double boiler. Mix cake mix, butter and 2/3 cup milk. Put 1/2 of cake batter in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes. While hot sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread caramel over chops. Mix rest of milk with other 1/2of cake batter and spread over caramels. Bake 15-20 minutes longer.
