AUNTIE PAM'S BROWNIES 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk, separated
12 oz. Kraft caramels, unwrapped
3 1/2 oz. pecans
12 oz. Bakers chocolate chips

Mix cake mix and butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk together in a bowl. Press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup remaining evaporated milk. Pour on top of crust. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake another 10 minutes just until chips are melted. Spread chips to frost top of brownies.
