BRIDGE CLUB SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Salt
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 lb.. cottage cheese
Lettuce

Make Jello with first 6 ingredients. When partially set, add horseradish, nuts, mayonnaise and cottage cheese. Add salt to taste. Mold or put in flat 9 x 13 inch dish. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce lined salad plates.
