SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
4 lb. cabbage head
1/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 - 3/4 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cut cabbage in squares and cook in water and dash of salt. Cook until tender and drain. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over cabbage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
